The Oceania Vista combines modern design with spacious accommodation and Oceania Cruises’ signature focus on fine dining and personalised service. Launched in 2023, the ship is approximately 241 metres long and can accommodate around 1,200 guests. With a crew of around 800, the Vista offers a particularly personalised service and, despite its extensive range of facilities, remains much more intimate than large resort ships.
All suites and cabins feature a private veranda. Even the standard Veranda staterooms offer plenty of space, measuring more than 27 square metres. The range extends from Veranda staterooms and concierge-level accommodation to spacious penthouse, Oceania, Vista and Owners Suites. Specially designed Concierge-level Veranda staterooms are also available for solo travellers.
There is a particular focus on the culinary experience. In addition to the Grand Dining Room, there is a selection of speciality restaurants to choose from. Polo Grill offers classic steakhouse dishes, Toscana serves Italian cuisine and Red Ginger specialises in Asian-inspired dishes. Ember complements the offering with modern American cuisine. At Aquamar Kitchen, the focus is on light and varied dishes. Other options include the Terrace Café, Waves Grill and Baristas with an adjoining bakery.
A special feature of the Vista is the Culinary Centre, where guests can cook for themselves under professional guidance and learn about different cooking techniques. The Artist Loft offers creative workshops and courses. Other places to relax include the library and various bars and lounges.
The Aquamar Spa + Vitality Centre offers wellness and treatment programmes as well as a fitness area. The outdoor decks feature a swimming pool, hot tubs and spacious sunbathing areas. For sporting activities, there is a running track and other facilities on deck.
In the evening, various bars, lounges, live music and stage shows provide entertainment. Overall, life on board remains peaceful and focused on enjoyment. Major leisure attractions are not the main focus – instead, the Vista concentrates on dining, spacious accommodation, personalised service and the destinations visited.
Conclusion: Ideal for connoisseurs, couples, solo travellers and discerning cruise guests who prefer spacious cabins, a varied range of dining options, personalised service and an elegant, relaxed travel experience on a modern ship.
